    Your price is locked for 10 minutes upon confirmation.
    If payment is not received within this time, the order may be repriced.

  • 3. Submit Payment

    Bank wire preferred. Cashier’s check / Zelle / other methods by prior approval.

  • 4. ID & Verification

    We require government-issued ID for AML compliance and order security. Buyers must be 18+.

  • 5. Delivery or Pickup

    Fully insured shipping with adult signature, or local pickup in Davie by appointment.

  • 6. Post-Sale Support

    Buyback available at competitive market bids.

  • Payment Methods & Timing

    • Preferred: Bank wire.
    • Other by approval: Cashier’s check, Zelle, credit/debit (Convenience fee may apply).
    • Payment window: Pay within 24 hours of price lock.
    • Orders ship/pick up after funds clear; holds may apply.

  • Shipping, Insurance & Pickup

    • All shipments are fully insured and require an adult signature.
    • Discreet packaging; tamper-evident measures.
    • Ships within 2–3 business days after cleared funds.
    • Local pickup in Davie is available by appointment, requiring photo ID.

Taxes & Compliance

  • Florida exempts sales of gold, silver, and platinum bullion from sales and use tax, effective Aug 1, 2025 (regardless of price). We collect tax only when required by law.
  • Coins/currency follow separate Florida rules. U.S. legal-tender coins are exempt; certain non-legal-tender coins/currency have thresholds and conditions.
  • In compliance with federal law, Goldrock USA will file IRS Form 8300 for any cash transaction exceeding $10,000.

Buyback Promise

We’ll repurchase coins and bars we sell (and most standard bullion) at competitive market bids. Bring items in (or ship insured) for a firm quote.

How long is my price lock?

Your quote/checkout price is held for 10 minutes. If payment isn’t received within the specified window, we may reprice.

When do you ship?

After the funds clear. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days; tracking and insurance are included. Holds may apply.

Can I pick up locally?

Yes—by appointment at our Davie office with photo ID.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank wire preferred. Other methods require pre-approval and may involve holds or fees.

Do you charge sales tax?

We collect tax only when required by law. Bullion is tax-exempt in Florida starting Aug 1, 2025; certain coins/currency have their own exemptions. (Florida Dept. of Revenue)

Are my shipments insured?

Yes, all shipments are fully insured until signed for at delivery.

Are returns allowed?

Due to market volatility, all bullion sales are final once locked and funded. We correct errors (if any).
